Far-Infrared Sauna is an excellent way to detoxify your body at the cellular level. Our medical grade, FDA registered Sauna is proven to rid your body of heavy metals, groundwater-sourced arsenic and other synthetic compounds.
Each Session burns approximately 600 calories and detoxifies 7-10 times more than a conventional sauna. Combined with massage, use of the Sauna's detoxifying effects are increased dramatically.
The services below are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY!

Migun Bed: Provides muscle relaxation therapy while replenishing physical and emotional strength using principles of acupressure.
Chi Machine: Just a few minutes on the Chi Machine is equivalent to a full 30 minute workout. This therapeutic massager and aerobic exerciser oxygenates, tones and strengthens the body, increasing feelings of energy and well-being and the body’s natural energy flow, strengthening the immune system.
Foot Reflex Roller: This lightweight rolling massager uses the technique of professional reflexology to stimulate pressure points and nerve endings in the feet. Your entire body will feel better because of it!
Chair Massage: 10 minute introduction to massage for those who have never experienced one. Perfect Vitality Booster for those on the go!
